What is GridWiz ?

• GridWiz is a highly flexible collection of C++ class libraries and OCX's.
• There are classes and OCX's for single or multisheet workbooks which provide the user interface of a spreadsheet style grid.
• There are collection classes which implement highly efficient three dimensional data structures.
• GridWiz has built-in support for browsing data bases using ODBC or DAO
• GridWiz can also be used as a totally virtual control. This means you can use your own data structures and use GridWiz to "pull" data rather than load data into GridWiz.
• Each cell in the grid can be associated with its own object class. Therefore, virtually any cell behavior is possible.
• GridWiz has a set of report writer classes which can be used to create formated and variable length reports.
• GridWiz is a code generator. The GridWiz Wizard generates source code for classes which are derived from the GridWiz base classes. The Wizard can also be used to edit existing GridWiz based classes.
• GridWiz is a WYSIWYG grid editor. The GridWiz Grid Workshop is used to create and edit Grid Profile streams which can be incorporated into either a C++ application or an OCX.
