The Victor Image Processing Library is a 32-bit DLL developed by Catenary Systems that gives your applications the ability to handle images quickly, easily, and reliably.

Your applications can have these features:

• Load and save images in TIFF, PCX, GIF, TGA, BMP, and JPEG file formats.
• Crop, mirror, flip, resize, and rotate any angle. Combine, compare, and overlay images with math and logic functions.
• Use image processing on single, multiple, or partial images to alter brightness, contrast, sharpness, and smoothness. Even design your own filters for matrix convolution or create special effects like embossing, posterization, and watercolor painting.
• Color reduction of 24-bit images to an optimized, a standard, or a specified palette to enhance image display, save disk space and transmission time.
