Visual Forms/WIN is an interactive forms designer that creates complex forms (medical, tax, banking, government, any form) and is saved as standard Windows metafile, WMF. Integrate these files into your application and position your data (variable) quickly and easily. Drag and drop objects such as lines; rectangles, text and graphics, BMP, in color and black/white. Format text as: left, right, centered, fully justified and decimal aligned. Visual Forms supports TrueType fonts.
Quick method. Load a scanned image of the form and trace on top. Delete the BMP when done. This eliminates measuring and guess work. Or, keep the scanned image, BMP, as your base (static) file and just create a data template file. Then use PrintWorks to integrate the scanned form and template to fill out the form at runtime.
