IconForge (32-bit) is a full-featured icon,
cursor, and animated cursor editing package. A handy drawing board can hold several open
images, making it easy to edit any number of cursors, icons and animated cursors and
icons. The program has a full set of drawing and painting tools, including: brush, line,
ellipse, rectangle, flood fill, rotate, flip, area selector, text, nudge and zoom.
IconForge lets you extract icons from EXE, DLL, ICO, ANI or CUR file formats as well as
from most common image files. Images can be saved in icon or cursor format or as BMP,
JPEG, PCX or TIFF format.
