Icon Easel is an editor for creating Windows 95
icons, cursors and animated cursors. With Icon Easel, you can create or edit icons in
either 16-color, 256-color or true-color. Icons can be 16x16, 32x32 or 48x48 pixels in
size. You can also create cursors and animated cursors.
