ICL Builder is a utility for creating and
managing icon libraries. You can quickly and easily consolidate your icons into icon
libraries, export icons to bitmap files for editing and import bitmaps as icons. Icons can
be extracted from ICO, EXE, DLL and ICL files. You can build and maintain as many icon
libraries as desired with up to one-thousand icons in each library. ICL Builder has a
dual-window interface, making it easy to edit two ICL files at the same time and drag and
drop between the two edit windows. ICL Builder can also print out icon library files and
allow you to scan for and eliminate duplicate icons.
