The upper list is like a log file that tells you the exact system date and time when the program did something. On the right side the action or the result is described.

Below the list you see a dropdown box where you can filter the entries made in the list. When you use the program since a long time, it could make sense to display only results, only last actions or only today's statistics. Next to this you find 2 buttons. You can clear this statistics file or you can open it in Notepad to do any modifications, to print it or whatever you want.
