Any photo or project in this product. as a Web pageA page accessible through the World Wide Web. on your computer, publishTo transfer content to a Web site. a picture to a Web siteA group of pages accessible through the World Wide Web., or preview a picture in a browser.
To publish your picture to a Web site:

On the File menu, click Save to the Web, and then click Publish to a Web Site.
The Publish to Web dialog box appears.
- Select a Web site host.
Do one of the following:

In the Host name list, click the name of the Web site hostA company that provides server space for Web sites. to which you are publishing your picture.

To set up a new host, do the following:
- Click Custom, and then click New.
- In the Friendly name of your Web site host box, type the name for this Web host.
- In the FTP upload address for publishing to this site box, type the FTP address provided by your Web host.
- In the Web address for viewing projects published to this site box, type the Web address (URL) of the site where you want to publish your picture.
- In the Name of home page file on this site box, type the name you want to use for the HTML page containing your picture.
- To use passive FTP semantics, select the Use Passive FTP semantics check box.
- If your Web host site requires anonymous loginA standard login name used to obtain access to a public FTP site, which is one method for adding pictures to a Web site., select the This Web site host requires anonymous login check box.
- Click OK, and then click Close.
- To sign up for a new Web host account, do the following:
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
- Click Sign me up.
Your Web browser opens to a page with information about signing up for a Web site host account.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.

In the User/Login name box, type your FTP user name.

In the Password box, type your FTP password.

To automatically log on to this site in the future, select the Save password check box.

Under Publish this project, do one of the following:
- To use the HTML page containing your picture as your home page, click As my home page.
- To publish the HTML page containing your picture to an existing folder on your FTP site, click As this folder within my site.
- To publish the HTML page containing your picture to new, automatically named folder on your FTP site, click As a unique folder within my site.

Click Next.

Click OK.
To save your picture to MSN Photos:

On the File menu, point to Save to the Web, and then click Save to MSN Photos.

Choose to save either the current picture or all of the pictures in the TrayThe strip at the bottom of the product screen that shows thumbnails of open pictures. to MSN Photos.

Click Next.

Follow the instructions on the MSN Photos Web site.

Click Done.
To export your picture as a Web page on your computer:

On the File menu, point to Save to the Web, and then click Export to a Folder on My Computer.

Under Select or type a home page for your Web site, type a file name for your home page containing your picture.
Note
The Web standard file names for a home page are default.htm or index.htm.

Do one of the following:
- Under Save the project in this folder, type the the folder in which you want to save your picture.
- Click Browse, and then locate and select the folder in which you want to save your picture.

Click OK, and then when a confirmation dialog appears, click OK.
To preview your picture in a browser:

On the File menu, point to Save to the Web, and then click Preview in Web Browser.
