SoftQuad Problem Report Form

This is a form that you can use to report problems in our software. We test the product in automated test suites and also put it through rigorous user testing and evaluation. However, there are always imperfections and software problems that escape our search, sometimes because they do not appear except under very specific circumstances. For this reason it is very important that we obtain detailed information on what happened at the time the bug was experienced - especially what steps preceded the appearance of the problem. We regret any inconvenience that these problems may cause you, and we want to find out about them and fix them. Use of this electronic form will help us find and fix bugs, and also get back to you with update information and workarounds. You can also use this form to make suggestions on product improvements, report problems with the documentation, etc.

If you have any questions on product usage, such as problems locating HTML elements and other expected features, then the chances are it is not a bug.
