Use
General Setting to adjust common features in MusicMatch.
Use
MusicMatch as the default player for
By
checking
the box
next to each option you can use MusicMatch Jukebox as the default
(regular) player for the following music file formats.

Windows
Media Files
- M3U
- MP3
- Shoutcast
- Music
CDs
When
double clicking local music files
By checking
the box
next to each option, When
double-clicking on a music file on your
hard drive, you can elect to have it:

Add
to Music Library
- Add
to Playlist
- or
by checking both, it will be added to both locations.
When
Downloading music files from the web
By checking
the box
next to each option, When you download a music file from the Internet
you can have it:

Add
to Music Library
- Add
to Playlist
- Confirm
you'd like to add it before downloading.
QuickPlay
in the System Tray
By
checking the box next to Enable
MusicMatch QuickPlay in the System Tray,
an Icon will be placed in the System Tray in the lower right hand
corner of your screen.
Permission
to communicate with MusicMatch server
(Internet connection required).
Checking
these options allows for automated tasks to occur.
Periodically
check for updated versions of MusicMatch
- will look to the MusicMatch server for the newest version of
MusicMatch Jukebox and give you the option to update your program.
Upload
user preference information based on listening profile

Multiple
Window option
This
setting allows for the Player/Playlist,
Music Library,
and Recorder
to be open at the same time, but not the MusicMatch Radio window,
MusicMatch Guide window, nor the Track Info window, simultaneously.
