Kabuki

Kabuki is a stage art that began in the 17th century. Stories are often about loyalty, legends or social phenomena. Actors perform on a stage setting to musical accompaniment. Dance is also a part of Kabuki plays. Only men perform in Kabuki, so they also play female roles.
