Technical Support Engineer

This person will be responsible for the resolution of escalated technical problems from first line service providers for the BeOS and BeBox products. The role involves working on individual customer, reseller and OEM product problems and on tracking problems to enable the maintenance of online problem resolution systems.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, an interest in problem-solving and the ability to deal with a wide range of customers with problems! Knowledge of C, C++ and class-based applications frameworks is essential.

Qualifications:

  • minimum BS Computer Science
  • 5 years experience in technical support and engineering fields
