User Help is comprised of several help topic pages containing detailed explanations and step by step instructions for using WorldClient and its various features. Each of these pages contains various bookmarked topics and instructions which you can reach directly by using the Table of Contents or Index. User Help's main topic pages include:
Navigation Bar - This page explains how to navigate throughout WorldClient by using the Navigation bar located in the left frame of your browser. You will also find a short overview of the Navigation bar's various controls and icons.
Message Listing - This help page explains the various features and controls of the Message Listing, which is the first page displayed after you log in to your account. This is WorldClient's main area and is used for working with your email messages. The Message Listing displays a list of your messages in sortable columns, and is used to sort, move, delete, and open your messages.
Message View - The Message View is for viewing the contents of your email messages. This page explains the various elements of the Message View including: the format in which the message is displayed, the Message View toolbar, and how to view file attachments.
Compose - Compose is the area that you go to when composing, replying to, and forwarding email messages. This help page explains how to compose messages, send your messages to multiple recipients, spell check (Pro version only), attach files to your message, and several other advanced email options.
Options - Options is a gateway to six other area of WorldClient: Personal (Pro version only), Preferences, Mailboxes (Pro version only), Filters(Pro version only), Folders, Address Book. The Options help page gives a short overview of each one of these areas and provides links to their help pages.
Personal (Pro version only) - The Personal page is used for editing and updating your personal profile. Your profile includes: language in which you wish for your pages to appear, Login Name, Password, Full Name, Email Address. The Personal help page contains explanations of these settings as well as instructions for updating and editing them.
Preferences - This page contains account settings and feature controls governing the appearance and operation of your account. The Preferences page includes: your signature, the method by which you wish to sort your messages, how you want messages to be displayed (HTML or Plain Text), how you want a sender's name to be displayed in the Message Listing, how often you want your Message Listing to be refreshed, whether or not your Trash folder should be emptied when you log out, Spell Checker dictionary and settings (Pro version only), and the height and width of your Message Composition text box. The Preferences help page contains explanations of these features, and instructions for updating and editing them.
Mailboxes (Pro version only) - WorldClient can be set to collect mail from any number of additional POP mailboxes to which you have access. For example, you may have separate email accounts for home and work but wish to collect mail from both at once. The Mailboxes area is used for editing and adding those POP mailboxes from which you wish to collect email messages. This help page includes explanations and instructions regarding the Mailboxes area. For each mailbox entry you will specify various settings including: a descriptive name for the entry, POP server, User Name/Login ID, Password, whether mail checking is enabled/disabled, when to delete messages on the POP server, and the row color of Message Listing entries collected from this POP server.
Filters (Pro version only) - By using Filters you can set rules to be applied to incoming messages. Filters can be used to automatically distribute messages to specific folders and/or prevent unwanted mail (spam). The Filters help page explains how to use and create filters for incoming messages.
Folders - The Folders area is used for Creating, Renaming, and Deleting mail folders. These folders can be used for organizing and storing your mail. You can automatically route mail to specific folders by using Filters (Pro version only). The Folders help page explains folders and how to create, rename, and delete them.
Address Book - Used for storing important or frequently used names and email addresses. The Address Book can be used to address your messages when composing outgoing mail. The Address Book help page explains how to use the Address Book feature.

Use the Table
of Contents located
in the left frame of User Help to find help on a given subject.
Double-click a book or click the plus sign to the left of a book to
view the book's contents. Click any page within a book to view that
page in the right frame.
Index
Click
Index in the left frame of
User Help to switch to the Index. Index entries are listed
alphabetically and can be used to search for a given topic or term.
Type a word that you are searching for into the "Type
in the keyword to find:" box at the top and you will
notice that the list of topics below will automatically jump to the
entry that is closest alphabetically to the text that you are typing.
You can press Enter at any
time to display the list's entry that is currently highlighted (you
don't have to finish typing the word), or you can click Display
below the list to display the highlighted topic. You can also
double-click a topic to open it without typing anything.
