Sound Byte is a computerized cart machine similar to the so-called cart machines used at radio stations in the past. Each recording (a song, jingle, advertisement, etc.) acts as if it were on a cartidge and can be quickly selected and played. You can use up to 75 recordings per rack, and assign each to its own button. It supports playback of mp3, AIFF, WAVE, au, and any sound file format supported by QuickTime. |
