purpose: Set a ship's health
/heal <shipID|entityID|charName|"me"> [overall health] [attributes]
Sets the given entity's health. the health can be given as either a decimal fraction (0.5) or as a percentage (50.0%). If the health is omitted, 1.0 is assumed
The attributes affected are: shield, armor, struc and capac.
Individual attributes can be modified using "shield=health", "armor=health", "struc=health, "capac=health". If an overall health is specified, it is the default for attributes not mentioned, otherwise attributes not mentioned are not affected.
examples:
/heal carter capac=90%
sets carter's capacitor to 90%
/heal bandolini 0.5 struc=1
sets bandolini's attributes to 0.5, except struc which is set to 1.
/heal me
fixes up all my attributes
/heal "cornelius krebbs" 0.0
sends Conrnelius Krebbs to the doghouse.
