The Status Bar is at the bottom of the 'SWiSHmax application' window and is used to display help for the selected command or tool.
The Status Bar also displays the file size of the exported .swf file and the current x and y coordinates of the cursor in the Layout Panel. The size is calculated whenever you export a .swf file, or use the Test in Player, Test in Browser or Test Report commands. Until you first export, the indicator says 'Unknown Size'.
You can show or hide the status bar using View | Status Bar.
