License agreement and Disclaimer

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software product ("Software") from LF Networks Sp. z o.o. ("LF Networks"). Unless you have a different license agreement signed by LF Networks, your use of this Software indicates your acceptance of  this license agreement and warranty. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and LF Networks for the Software identified above.

EVALUATION VERSION. This is a fully functional version of Software which may be used only for evaluation purposes, without charge, for a period of 90 days. If you use this Software after the 90 day evaluation period, you are required to buy the commercial version of the Software from LF Networks or its distributors. Patches created with the evaluation version of the software cannot be distributed.

GRANT. If you are a registered user of this Software,  LF Networks grants you a non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use this Software on one computer without a time limit. You may make a single copy of the Software for archival purposes, provided such copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

REDISTRIBUTION. Redistribution of the Software is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LF Networks. A registered user is allowed to distribute LFPATCH.EXE and accompanying CABINET.DLL file in unlimited number of copies. Patches created with the Software may be distributed in unlimited number of copies royalty-free.

LIMITATIONS. You may not:

• Permit other individuals to use the Software except
  under the terms listed herein;
• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
  disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws
  specifically prohibit such restriction), or create
  derivative works based on the Software;
• Copy the Software other than as specified above;
• Rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or
  otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
• Remove any proprietary notices accompanying the
  Software; or
• Separate the component parts of the Software for
  use on more than one computer.

TITLE. The Software is licensed, not sold. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with LF Networks and/or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. The Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of LF Networks.

TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, LF Networks may terminate this License if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED AS IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL LF NETWORKS OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL LF NETWORKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EVEN IF LF NETWORKS SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
