Borland JBuilder is one of the first Java development environments to completely support JavaSoft's JDK 1.1, JDBC and the JavaBeans component model. This support enables developers to integrate the KL Group JavaBeans with other components and use JavaBeans as building blocks to facilitate rapid application development.
"By including the KL Group JavaBeans in JBuilder, we are able to enhance our environment with some of the industry's leading pure Java components," said Zack Urlocker, Borland's vice president of product management. "The top-quality JClass widgets contribute to JBuilder's highly-productive, visual development toolset."
"The JBuilder component architecture and its full support for the JavaBean standard make it a leading tool for professional JavaBeans development," said Greg Kiessling, president at KL Group. "JBuilder is ideal for development with third-party JavaBeans, like JClass from KL Group, within an easy-to-use environment." Each version of JBuilder will include the following products from KL Group's JClass family: JBuilder users can visit the JClass web site at http://www.klg.com/jclass for additional information on using JClass Beans in JBuilder as well as special offers on JClass products and support.
