BORLAND & PARTNERS ANNOUNCE 20-CITY JBUILDER TRAINING TOUR
Delphi 3 & C++Builder Seminars Also Available

    SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., September 15, 1997 -- Borland International, Inc.
