Be sure to check with your computer manufacturers and vendors of operating systems, network operating systems and applications software to ensure that system components are ready for the Year 2000. It is especially important that the network operating system is Y2K compliant to ensure seamless operation of network peripheral solutions.

*Except HP FAX 700/750 firmware v. 1.00 and 1.02. During the years 2000-2009, firmware v 1.00 and 1.02 incorrectly specify the date in the fax header. The fax header will be displayed as 200-209. These versions of the product will not be made Y2K compliant. Users can print out the "settings report" to determine firmware version. Workarounds are adding a cover page with the correct date or manually inputting the full 4-digit year in the header.
