- Move the gold filled text to the back.
- Offset the gold fountain filled text down and to the right
of the first text item.
- Offset the black text down and to the right of the fountain
filled text item.
- Order the black text behind the gold fountain filled text.

- Click the Rectangle tool and
create a rectangle.
- Select the rectangle with the Pick tool.
- Click Arrange menu, To Back to place the rectangle to the
back of the text objects.
- Fill the rectangle with the Cylinder - Gold 07 Preset from
the Fountain Fill Dialog.
- Change the angle to -45 in the Option box.
