Running Macros
Obviously, a user will run most of the macros by
clicking appropriate button in the toolbar but there are also other options how
to run macros:
- Tray Menu
The user can right click on the tray icon and select from items listed on the top of the
menu shown. There are listed only items that user previously marked (in the
Items Settings) to be added to tray menu.
- Main Window
The macro can be started from the main window using
either toolbar button or "Tools/Run Macro" menu item. Because all items
are organized logically in folders it is easy to find desired item.
- All Items Listing Window
The user can right click on the tray icon and select "All Items List"
menu item. In the dialog box shown there are listed all the items that user can
select and run.
- From Link
The user can create "Desktop Shortcut" (menu item "Tools / Create
Desktop Shortcut") to an item and run the macro by double-clicking on the desktop
shortcut.
- Drag & Drop
You can drag an item in the main window
and drop it on a window you want to run the macro in.
The red color on the tray icon signalizes that
the macro is running. To stop running macro, press Shift+Escape
hot-key.
