Main Window

The main window has a look & feel very similar to Windows Explorer so it is very easy to master it even for novices.  The window consists of three panes:  Folders view (the tree on the left), Items view (upper-right part of the window) and Preview (lower-right part of the window).

Folders can be re-arranged using drag & drop and each folder can have unlimited number of subfolders.  Right click on a folder displays context menu with folder operations available.  Double click on folder will bring up folder settings window.

When a folder is selected associated items are shown in the items view.  Items can be sorted by clicking on the particular column header.  The order of the items can be changed using drag & drop.  You can use drag & drop also for copying/moving item(s) to another folder.  Right click on an item displays context menu with item operations available.  Double click on item  will bring up item settings window.  The macro text of the selected item is shown in the preview pane.

There are  two different toolbars available for users:  Simple - with just the basic a few buttons (on the figure above) and Complete - with much more buttons (can be turn on by "View / Complete Toolbar" menu item).

Read here about each menu item.

If the window is minimized then it is totally hidden to the user just tray icon remains in the Taskbar.  Click on the tray icon to show the window on the screen.
