Applications & Documents
Just drag an application or a file in a file manager or Start Menu and drop it on empty toolbar space.  You can also drop the application on a submenu title bar.

To open file within an application you can drag a file in a file manager and drop it on appropriate application's icon in the toolbar.

Internet
To add a new web link just drag it in your web browser and drop it on empty toolbar space or submenu title bar.

Use "Search Web" button to search on Internet using search engine of your choice without starting your web browser.

Clipboard
You can use up to eight clipboards!  Just select text (or other data including graphics, spreadsheets, etc.) in your document and press "Copy To Clipboard ..." to copy it to one of the clipboards available.  Later, you can use "Paste From Clipboard ..." button to paste the data.

Input
The ToolbarPro allows you also insert text data like your name, address, often used phrases and others to your documents, e-mails, web forms, etc.

Text Formatting
There are also strong text formatting features that allows you to format text in any text editor (Notepad, E-mail client, web forms, etc.).  Just select text in the editor and then click appropriate button.  You can align text, indent it, justify, create a numbered list, etc.

Windows
Just click a button to start screen saver, make current window always on top, empty recycle bin, logoff, etc.
