Printing

To print the contents of the current window

  1. From the File menu, choose Print.
  2. In the Print dialog box, set the printing options as appropriate.
  3. Choose OK.

To change the page setup

  1. From the File menu, choose Page Setup.
  2. In the Page Margins boxes, type the margin measurements in inches.
  3. In each Page Header and Page Footer field, specify the information to be printed by using the following variables. Variables can be combined with text (for example, Page &p of &P).
