Ultimate Encoder Installation

In order to install Ultimate Encoder, you must run SETUP.EXE

NOTE:
    The setup package also contains the Windows Installer, in case that it does not exist on your system, it is automatically called by SETUP.EXE as required.

INSTMSIA.EXE contains the Windows 95/98 Installer.
INSTMSIW.EXE contains the Windows NT/2000 Installer.
