www.art.gr - Terms of Agreement.

Following are the terms of agreement that an artist must comply and agree with in order to acquire a personal presence.

Any artist or individual submitting an application, electronically sign that he or she has read and agreed to the following:

Applicant be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of his/her parents.

Applicant agrees that the design aspect of his/her pages is a matter entirely up to the www.art.gr staff's discretion.

The applicant agrees not to hold www.art.gr or anyone affiliated with it, responsible for any liability, direct or implied,  that might occur due to use or misuse of any of his/her material.

Applicant certifies that all the material submitted is the copyright of the artist submitting it and that no copyright violation is in effect.

In the event that any submitted material is infringing the copyrights or trademarks of an other individual, or company, www.art.gr is authorized to report the activity to the proper authorities.

The staff of www.art.gr reserves the right to deny applications, without producing cause.

The staff of www.art.gr reserves the right to remove any pages without producing cause. In the event of a removal we will attempt to communicate the action, via the contact information we have been provided with.

Applicant refrains from any claims, monetary or otherwise, towards the www.art.gr site, or its host company.

Applicant agrees that no legal action will be brought against the owners, or anyone affiliated with this site.

Applicant reserves the right to request that their pages be removed from www.art.gr. Such requests must be made in person in order to verify the claim.

By submitting an application you electronically sign that you have read, agreed, and understood all of the above.
