Yiannis Dialinos was born in Athens.
He has studied at the School Of Fine Arts, Athens, in the studios of Yiannis Moralis (Painting) and Vasilis Vasiliadis (Scenery Design).

He has illustrated books for æAmmosÆ Publications and Hatjimihalis Publications (The drinking pots).
His work has been published in Greek Comic magazines (Vavel, Para Pente) and in commercial magazines (SINEMA, MARIE CLAIRE, PLAY BOY, EF).

From 1987 until 1991 he worked as illustrator in the Advertising Company æLeousisÆ, for products of NIVEA, HANSAPLAST, SUZUKI, ELSPAE, LIPTON, TRIUMPH, the logo of Ionian Bank, etc.
Since 1991 he has been cooperating as illustrator & creative director with ADEL SAATSCI & SAATCHI, PROM & TAB, KAPSALIS GRAFICS, LEO BERNETT, PROAD & MOTHER DIRECT, MSPS.

He has illustated printed matters for JOHNY WALKER, BACARDI, GORDONS, COCA-COLA, EUROLEASE, BANQUE NATIONALE DE PARIS, etc.

He also designs interiors for exhibitions (kiosks of INFOPUBLICA, EDDING, BOUTARI, BACARDI, PANAFON, PAK, HEINEKEN), furniture and shops interiors (ALLIANZ investment shop).
He cooperates with the15^th Department of Prehistoric & Classical Antiquities. (Constructions and printed matter for Arcaeological Museum of Chania, constructions for archaeological sites. He also designed the poster and the catalogue for the 5^th Meeting for the Helenistic Pottery.)
