EntourageMail takes Entourage email messages from a given folder and exports them into a vCard file called Email-folder.vcf. Since the application will only delete files for the folder currently being exported, you can easily export multiple folders to your iPod and update individual folders as required. Each message includes the sender name and email address, when it was sent and indicates if it has been read, forwarded, replied to, redirected or flagged (with the information only being displayed if it has). It will also indicate if the message has attachments.
|
EntourageNotes takes the Entourage Notes you have selected and exports them into vCard file/s for copying to your iPod. Notes that exceed the maximum amount of text that can be placed in one vCard are split into multiple vCards and show up as multiple entries in the Contact list. Each entry has the same title, with the addition of a numeric value indicating their order.

Podtext is a quick'n'dirty tool to transfer text-based notes into your iPod that can be read just like Contacts directly on the iPod's screen. While other apps max out at 1,000 characters per note; Podtext can extend that limit to 2,000 characters.
