Whether it be by email, phone, ICQ or fax, all our support is FREE - 7 days a week. This is to better service you - our valued customer. We do want to hear from you, so please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand the Internet can be confusing at times, and we are here to answer your questions, so you can get the most out of what the Internet has to offer.

Web Hosting

Any customer with a regular dial-in account (excludes e-mail only account) may get their web page hosted on our system for free. This is suitable for a personal page, however a business may desire professional web hosting services and take advantage of E-Commerce prospects on the Internet.

Web Site Design

Design is charged by the hour and depends on needs. Price on application. Design includes all graphic work, scripting, design and layout of the site.

$2 PER MONTH FOR EACH EXTRA E-MAIL ALIAS

Mailing List

This service allows you to send bulk mail to your friends or customers. You provide our Robot with a recipient list and the e-mail you want sent, and it does the rest.
Monthly charge - $25

Web site Statistics

Using 'StatPak' - a program written by candelaComputing that tells you all the stats for your site. You can find out who is accessing your site, how often, etc.
This service ranges in price from no charge (free) to $50 per month depending on how mu ch data you would like.

Autoresponder Robot

This service is a program on our mail system which can automatically send out replies to your incoming e-mails.
So save lots of time by letting the Robot answer those communications you don't have time for for only $5 a month.

TeleHousing

This is where you provide us with a machine located in our offices with your web server on it. This is a very economical system for a business to not have a permanent connection, yet get all the benefits of one. We recommend 'Linux' as the operating sy stem.
Costs involved are:

  • $125 set-up fee to install your machine and set-up the routing.
  • $250 per month

If your system is not Linux, there is a system installation charge of $150

Email Only

Great for that back-up address. You need to have an existing dial - up account to use this service. $25 set - up fee and $7.50 per month.
