2. Promotion open to all residents of Australia only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. To enter go to http://www.apcmag.com/cd_competitions follow the prompts and leave your name, email address, postal address for delivery of prize, daytime contact telephone number, competition code and submit a haiku in 25 words or less "that includes the acronym 'DVD' ". Promotion commences 11/08/04 and closes on 15/09/04 at 11:59pm EST. Only one entry per person permitted.
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will begin on 16 September, 2004. Winners will be notified by mail and their names posted on the APC Magazine Web site at http://www.apcmag.com on 23/09/04. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The best four answers as determined by the judges will each receive the latest boxed copy of PowerDVD 5 Deluxe, valued at $149.95 each. Prize does not include all ancillary costs. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing.
