Ogg Vorbis is a compressed audio format for mid- to high-quality (8kHz-48.0kHz, 16+ bit, polyphonic) audio and music at fixed and variable bitrates from 16 to 128kbps/channel. This package consists of four filters: Ogg Splitter (splits Ogg files into the different Ogg streams); Ogg Multiplexer (does the multiplexing of several Ogg streams into a file); Vorbis Encoder (encodes PCM audio to vorbis. CBR and VBR modes) and Vorbis Decoder (decodes vorbis audio to PCM or IEEE float).
