Paging provides a method to improve synchronization performance by grouping objects to be synchronized before each request for synchronization service. More entries per page cause fewer requests but require more memory.

1. In the details pane, double-click the Connection Agreement for which you want to specify synchronization page sizes.
2. On the Advanced tab under Paged results, type the number of entries per page you want to use during synchronization in Exchange Server entries per page.
