Replicate from Windows to Exchange

Before configuring replication, you must Set Up a Connection Agreement.
  1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Connector Management
  2. .
  3. In the details pane, double-click the Connection Agreement for which you want to configure replication.
  4. On the From Windows tab, under Windows organizational units, click Add.
  5. In the Choose a container dialog box, click the export container in the Windows 2000 Server Active Directory that you want to replicate. Click OK.
  6. To specify where the Windows organizational unit will replicate to, click Modify, and then click the appropriate Exchange directory container. If the organizational unit you select contains multiple objects, select the objects you want to replicate to Windows.
  7. Verify in the Exchange Administrator program that replication was successful.

Note

Two replication cycles may be required before all information, such as attributes, will appear on the Exchange property pages of a replicated Windows object.
