Navigator Help
The navigation window is used to move to any page in the JavaScript tutorial. There are three different ways to find the page you are looking for:
- Articles - Viewing by articles lists every article in the tutorial. The articles view is best when you know the exact article you want to find, as well as its approximate location.
- Topics - The topics view is best used in when you know what you would like to learn about, but don't know the exact article. The topic view will take you to the opening page of the specific section.
- Examples - The examples view is used when you would like to see the the examples page for a specific section. It is not possible to jump to a specific example, but there will be a link to each example from each examples page.
To move to an example, select it from the list, and then press the 'Goto' button. You can also cancel the navigation window without changing pages by pressing the 'Close Window' button.
Finally, there is a 'review mode' which will display only the review page and examples page for each section when using the previous and next buttons. Review mode is recommended for experienced programmers who need to learn only the specifics of JavaScript, and not programming in general.
