Can we use the beta release of a Lighthouse product?
A:
As you may know, beta software tends to be somewhat promiscuous--a single copy multiplies, and before we know it, we have dozens of copies we never had before. For this reason, we try to limit its release, since every piece of software out there incurs a support burden, and we'd rather devote our resources to supporting users of our commercial products.
