Q:

How can I save an outline in RTF/RTFD format. I would like to write documentation with Concurrence however I need to distribute it electronically and not everyone has Concurrence.

A:

Try the following:

1. Select a topic handle on the outline (the arrows to the left of the topics)

2. Do an Edit-> Select All

3. Do an Edit-> Copy

4. Open a new Edit document and do a Paste.

This should produce your whole outline in rtf format.
