In addition to your payment we MUST receive: 1. Your full mailing address with your payment.

2. Your CURRENT E-mail address for fastest and fastest confirmation that your order has been received.

3. Your proposed Email name and the password you want. If the name is taken we will assign you something that is close to what you want.

All checks and money orders must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. currency.
Subscribers from outside the U.S. must use an International Money Order or a Credit Card.
