Gain Without Pain

By Cheryl

Some of TGF's prettiest readers have agreed to share with us their favorite style, beauty and "how-to" tips. This week features ideas from is Cheryl lives in Manchester, UK area To see more of her go to her Personal Ad here at TGForum.

Here are four of my favorite ways to gain without pain:

1. If, like me you have a bit of a stomach and couldn't find your waist with a map and compass then a well fitting corselette (or panty girdle) with a couple of hip pads inserted down the sides will do wonders for your figure without resorting to an evening of agony in a waist clincher. It looks more natural too. Moral: if you can't squeeze in, build out!

2. If, again like me, you have a neck that seems to be almost as wide as your head then long full hair or wig is essential. Brush it down and forward so some of it falls in front of your shoulders and this gives the impression of a slim femenine neck. It works for chubby cheeks as well.

3. If you can't find your cheek bones even when sucking in your cheeks then emphasize rather than try to hide. Place two fingers next to your nose and brush blusher out and up round your eyes. This flatters your eyes as well.

4. Never ever ever EVER use shades of blue on small, set-back eyes. Use two shades of a warm colour such as coral.

Apply the lighter shade from the innermost point of the eye across and up to the brow bone. Apply the darker shade from the middle of the eye lid out to the brow bone. Use a brush to blend, brushing up and out.

Eye liner and mascara should be black or brown depending on your hair colour (NOT BLUE!!!) and the liner should be applied just below the lower lashes, not on the inner rim of the eye. WOW - now, eyes that wouldn't look out of place on a mole appear larger and further apart than your ears. Wonderful!

Hope these are some help.

Love and best wishes,

Cheryl
