It's In the Eyes

Some of TGF's prettiest readers have agreed to share with us their favorite style and beauty tips. Michelle lives in rural Iowa, likes the outdoors, and enjoys volleyball and bicycling. She is frequently in TGF Pictorials and is highly accomplished in her look.

I guess the tip that would help girls the most that I use, is my treatment for your eyes. I use makeup base (as we almost all do), if I've had a late night, I will use a cover stick under the base to hide a few extra lines that might have shown up !

Then, I use a soft liner pencil, and pull my lower lid away from my eye, and line the rim with a black liner, finishing the eye with a liner on the top close to the lash line as well, the combination produces a strikingly dark distinctive eye, with the hint of whatever color eyeshadow one chooses to wear (except for the totally out of sync Turquois Blue shade of course !)

Make certain you put the shadow on before the liner, and don't be afraid to blend (keyword) more than one shade together try several, you will be more than pleased with the results, and end up with a great pair of bedroom eyes. Use caution however, if you are using powdered eyeshades, since if you put too much on, it will tend to increase the appearance of any tiny lines around the eye area. DON'T overdo, less is more, and use muted colors. Try to match your eyecolor, it enhances. Enjoy ! :)
