The WBA is a social support group that is focused on the assistance of those who are new to cross-dressing. The meetings are designed to inform the new cross dresser of what is needed to portray a feminine demeanor. Guest speakers cover a range of topics and put on demonstrations in such areas as:

Other meetings are less structured and more participatory, such as "Zigfield Night" and "The Annual Cook Out". There are also combined meetings where the members of the WBA host and assist the members of "True Spirit" an organization of F2M TSs.
