The Rho Tau chapter of Tri Ess serves the Richmond, and Tidewater
portions of Virginia and the northeastern portion of North Carolina.
Tri Ess is a support/social group for the heterosexual crossdresser and
spouse. The Rho Tau chapter strongly supports the bylaws of Tri Ess.
