Write out your message and practice it first. You can include personal contact information such as a PO Box or phone number, or remain anonymous. The choices yours.
Call the 900 number shown above including the extension (210) and listen to the easy to follow audio instructions.
When asked, speak clearly into the telephone. Keep the message short and to the point.
