About DirectX

This program
requires Microsoft’s DirectX drivers. Windows 95, Windows 98,
Windows ME,
Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP machines
ship with DirectX
supplied. However, these drivers are improved from time to
time by Microsoft.
As a result,
you may be required to upgrade the DirectX on your machine. This
program, which is
provided by Microsoft, checks system drivers and only alters
those that the
DirectX Setup detects require change. It is possible that the
drivers provided with
your machine or with your copy of Windows may have
been changed since
your machine was manufactured.
