The HTML Help Image Editor uses an EPS format that is optimized for printing screen captures. For 16-color images, the HTML Help Image Editor will assume that you have captured a window that used standard Windows colors, and will adjust the EPS to reflect this.
The HTML Help Image Editor can only read EPS files that have been created by the HTML Help Image Editor. When the image is read, the HTML Help Image Editor will restore the image to its original colors.
