When you choose mouse capture, moving the mouse around the screen will allow you to choose different screen regions. This method is best for discrete parts of a program window, chold windows and DOS windows. It does not work to capture menus.
To use the mouse to capture screen images
On the Capture menu, click Using the Mouse.
Position the window, desktop, or menu the way you want it.
Move the mouse over the desktop until the screen region (such as a toolbar, task bar, a scroll bar or other work area) or window you want to capture is outlined.
Click the mouse button to capture the outlined area or window.
