To capture the desktop or full screen

1. On the Capture menu, click Using the Keyboard.
2. Once you have positioned the desktop the way you want it, press F12.

• If you want to capture the HTML Help Image Editor program window or dialog box, open another instance of the HTML Help Image Editor.
