bChange                   Exported, Block, User 
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   This action block is evaluated every time that the controls variable 
   is changed. On evaluation bChange receives three parameters:

    <nKey>     The value of the pressed key
    <nFlags>   The Keyboard status
    <Self>     A reference to the control object
