 DESCRIPTION:

  This method links the dialog box object to windows API. If the dialog 
  contains one or more VBX controls, the necessary initialization is 
  performed, also for all other controls that are connected. 
  After that the ::bInit block is evaluated with a reference to
  the dialog object ( self ) as a sole parameter.
