  oWin:lValid() -> <lIsValid>

 DESCRIPTION:

  The method ::lValid() is called before closing a window. It evaluates 
  the valid block in ::bValid to check if it is allowed to close the 
  window.
  If there is no codeblock, or the result of the  evaluation is TRUE, then
  the window may be closed, otherwise the termination is cancelled
